CKM AI builds AI automation and digital services for businesses in the United States. You describe the task, we plan it in writing, build it, test it with your own examples, and document it.
Working from India means we sit on the other side of the clock. Requests you send at the end of your day are often finished by the time you are back at your desk.

Privacy Policy
CKM AI (“CKM AI”, “we”, “us”) is an India-based provider of AI automation and digital services for business clients, mainly in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit ckmai.cc, contact us, or work with us.
Information we collect
- Your name, email address and the content of your message when you write to support [@] ckmai.cc.
- Business details you share while we scope a project, such as company name, role and the software you use.
- Technical data in our hosting provider’s server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver services, send invoices and manage payments.
- To keep records the law requires.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
Client data
When we build or run automations for a client, we process the client’s data on the client’s instructions and under a written agreement. We use it only to deliver the agreed service. The client’s own privacy notice governs how its customers’ data is handled.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example email, hosting, payment and project tools), with professional advisers, and with authorities when the law requires. These providers may process data in India, the United States or other countries.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep client records for the length of the engagement plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, such as California, you may also have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Write to support [@] ckmai.cc to make a request. Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is perfectly secure. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will update the date at the top of this section when this policy changes.
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use ckmai.cc or engage CKM AI for services. Client engagements are also governed by a written proposal, statement of work or services agreement (the “Agreement”). If the Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement prevails.
Services
We provide AI automation and related digital services as described in the Agreement. Timelines are estimates and depend on you providing information, access and approvals on time.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and access only to systems you are authorised to share.
- Make sure you have the rights and a lawful basis to give us any data we process for you.
- Keep your credentials secure. We will ask for the minimum access we need.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency and payment dates are set out in the Agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are in US dollars and exclude taxes and bank or transfer charges. We may pause work on overdue invoices.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and general know-how. Third-party software stays under its own licence.
AI outputs
AI systems can make mistakes. We design checks into what we build, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs that affect legal, financial, medical or safety decisions. Our services are not professional advice.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
Warranty and liability
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated in the Agreement, we give no other warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement as the Agreement provides. On request we will return or delete your data, subject to legal retention duties, and hand over work you have paid for.
Governing law
Unless the Agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

Digital Data Protection Policy (DPDP Act)
This policy explains how CKM AI handles digital personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”) and the rules made under it. It covers personal data processed in digital form, including data collected offline and later digitised.
Our roles
- Data Fiduciary: for personal data we collect for our own purposes, such as enquiries and business contacts.
- Data Processor: when we process personal data for a client under a contract. The client is then the Data Fiduciary, and we help it respond to requests from the people concerned.
Notice and consent
We tell you what personal data we collect and why before or when we collect it. Where we rely on consent, it is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, given by a clear action, and you can withdraw it as easily as you gave it. We may also process data without consent where the DPDP Act allows, for example when you voluntarily share details for a purpose you have stated, such as asking for a quote.
Purpose, minimisation and retention
- We collect only the personal data needed for the stated purpose and do not reuse it for an incompatible purpose.
- We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate and complete.
- We erase personal data when its purpose has been served, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security and breaches
We maintain reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and the people affected as the DPDP Act and its rules require.
Your rights as a Data Principal
- Get a summary of the personal data we process and the processing we carry out, and the identities of others we have shared it with.
- Ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
- Have a grievance addressed.
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to act.
Children
We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. We do not track or monitor children’s behaviour or direct advertising at them.
Transfers outside India
Personal data may be transferred outside India, for example to US clients and cloud providers, except to any country the Government of India restricts by notification. We use contractual safeguards for such transfers.
Requests and grievances
To exercise a right or raise a grievance, email support [@] ckmai.cc with the subject “Data request” and describe what you need. We will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act provides.
